With the latest patch update for Rainbow Six Siege (2.4.1) we finally receive 60hz tick rate servers for all regions and across all platforms. But wasn’t this promised all the way back in December 2015?!? This warrants some investigation and in this video, I will give a brief overview of how the Rainbow Six netcode has changed over the last two years and what this latest patch really delivers.
